New Blog Series

Native Knitter wants to be a place where discussion is encouraged, questions are asked without shame, and answers are clear, straightforward, and educational. While we may not know all the answers immediately, our research is unbiased and done independently. Things are sometimes very different on the Navajo Nation, where I grew up, than they are in other parts of Native lands. We’re here to make sure native life and culture in many parts of the country is represented well. We’ll be starting a series of blog posts that are designed to foster communication and engagement about Native history, life, and issues from an inspired and forward-looking standpoint. We’re not afraid of truth-telling and honest looks at history, but our goal is optimism, hopefulness and positivity.

That being said, we want to hear from YOU—

Got something to say or something you’ve always wanted to ask, but you’ve been too afraid? Let us know! We’re all ears, and we’ll do our best to answer, from a first-person standpoint. Meanwhile, our series will be starting on December 17th.
